On reading above, take out the word "Market" from the assumption("market capitalisation") and the statement reads like "company is capitalised at around $100m".
Of course MC refers to the sharemarket capitalisation , and from a company's point of view capitalisation is the funds it has available to fund its own operation.
In Syr's case it has $29m in cash as part of its capitalisation and total equity of $64m.
