Totally agree vintage. The big players have effectively doubled their holding and can afford to accept less per share i.e. 4c = the old 8c. Same outcome but more exposure short term. I say short term because I get the feeling we are following a script and the deal has already been struck. The class D's will be diluted if they vest on a t/o at 4c but not a bad gift.
At 4c, the new PENOD's will expire worthless and PENOC holders may just scrape some money back.
