As of yet, we haven't heard anything, except the company wants to pay out the loans, but Maq bank wont let them as per agreement. If the company is keen to pay out the shareholder loans then its not a non issue like you describe. Grin and bear it doesn't work in the real world. When debt fall due, you pay them, renegotiate or make arrangements. You don't ask lenders to trust you?
