The amounts don't get updated that regularly for you to see it 'ticking over'. I'll just post you a reciept for proof if you are untrusting.
As for Perth, pure guess work but i'm guessing -2.5 to -5% by end of 2015, if you a going to use the rp data daily index. But I could be wrong again about the movement of the index.
I wonder how accurate and timely the index is in capturing market conditions.
