In the interest of accuracy I think it is important to also include the net disposal of 19,891,977 shares by directors announced in the 2014 Annual Report. I know it does not make for encouraging reading but it exists and so should not be ignored. Every time we have an announcement stating that the directors have sold yet again we have a chorus of justifications from the faithful. "It's none of our business", "they can do what they like", "perhaps they wanted to buy some Christmas presents", etc, etc. Of course they are not going to sell all their shares in one hit - there simply isn't the demand - but they can not resist selling a few parcels here and there at the current high SP.
