Yes. A great outcome for LUM shareholders. Brings in some much needed cash and fends off administration (at least for the short term).

Personally i would have expected more interest in the announcement. A huge amount of the short term risk has now been alleviated. I always preferred a "sale and service" business model, pump out the signs for cash and use servicing for ongoing revenues.....

This could well be the beginning of something guys, the stock is very very cheap. Good luck.
