All OBJ directors have interests outside of OBJ. If and when these interests require funds that exceed their normal pay cheques , why not sell some shares to further these.
Should any director sell half their holding ...... now that is a different story altogether.
With your knowledge and experience in investments, when is a good time for a director to actually transfer paper wealth into solid hard cash? I can not think of any investments where OBJ options or shares are seen as hard currency.
Who writes the rules of what % of shares can be converted to cash for a director?
I see the selling of shares by a director as confidence in the company , and the confidence that the company they are directors of will deliver a lot more in time.
Our directors have delivered full stop. They are more than entitled to trade some shares.
Good luck
