I very much doubt Sarah Hanson-Young the special Greens Minister of Illegal Immigrants is prepared to put up with the extra pollution of provessing graphite To create a few extra jobs just so Tesla can use the higher grade material to make batteries for electric cars. They would much prefer the polution be created in another country. Not read the difference in the additional investment required of that $35 mil plant relates to producing higher grade end product but i bet it is substantial both terms of money and time delays due to extra EPA regulations. I'llkeep to my dig & ship opinion with less potential bribes to have to pay for turning a blind eye when things go wrong or extra donations to political parties at election time as ICAC without borders has shown to also be a risk in not only NSW. Look at how slove a road its been for ALK in NSW; has great resource but Govt workers always find reasons to be less productive eh.
