NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the interest rate payable on the
Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited perpetual capital notes ("FCGHA") has
been changed to 5.59%.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow, Tuesday, 6 January 2015.
