I vote here as a one cent divi can get gobbled up in five min of robotic trading.
A buy back (as a long term strategy) would force shorters away. Wouldn't it?
If you do the maths, a buyback, if the share price remains where it is, and the cash flow is as projected, would live some lucky shareholder (who never sold) with ONE SHARE worth about $200m. So your 25 cent share today could be worth $200 mill.
