Not really. Cessna 210's will chew through about 50- 55 litres an hour doing this type or light work which would make up about 15-20% of the charter cost in the US. On a spot, one off basis you can hire these for about US$450/hr. But my guess is that they have a long term charter rate with 1 or 2 planes that are fitted with their camera gear and probably doing it for something like US$1500-1800 per 5 hour flight day and pilot per diems (say $300).
