No it's not a given. There are 3 other options. It'll be around where we are now, it'll be slightly higher, or it'll be slightly lower. So out of the 5 possible options, Bort has identified two. His point is that in 6 months or so he believe things will have dramatically changed either for the better or the worse. So he's flagging a 6 month or so time frame. It's a useful opinion, unlike your comment.
