G'day snouty, spot on with your last comments on Uganda, thanks for posting this news it's been a longer wait for $3 than I'd expected but if the three tricks of dispute resolution, Tiof (stage 1) and Uganda line up then we will up then $3 will be looking very cheap indeed.
