I think divvy is required since it is what they quoted in the prospectus. It Aldo differentiates SBB from other chinese companies listed on overseas exchanges and hopefully would break the mould of low PE chinese stocks.

Agree in a typical company with ROE above 20 I would rather them have the money, BUT SBB not typical and recurring, growing and affordable divs could be a very powerful driver of SP.
