Whether an exploration company or a biotech research company, if you are not generating reasonable cashflow it does not hurt to have more funds than needed for the next few years. I would be happy if they had $50m instead of <$21m. If the FDA require additional trials they will be 2 - 3x larger than the current Retts/Fragile X trials.
NEU's last Qtr costs were $2.6m and most of their research costs are in US$.
