If a placement ever came it would'nt be a placement like most companies issue... in other words they wouldnt be begging for money at discounts to the current share price like most do!
Let them make a placement to a Big Phama at 50 cents...another way is to offer free options to current share holders ( say a 1 to 3 with a short exercise date ) this would reward holders, and with how the current management team have preformed the options will alway be in the money come the time that the company wil want them exercised.
