Even at this level the volume traded is only ~ 1.5% of the issued shares. You wait for the big run, it will be amazing !!!
And funding is not a "monumental task" not even a huge task, I believe it is in the bag, they just have to dot the i's and cross the t's. You just have to look at the ongoing progress, they wouldn't be doing all the work that you hear about without some level certainty.
