What is a moderate Muslim, page-2

In policing, when assessing a threat, there are only two levels.

1. High threat

2. Unknown threat

There is no "low", "moderate" or anything else. Just "High" or "unknown".

IMO, muslims should be classified the same way. The outwardly radical islamic nutcase/potential murder, is a
"High".

The rest, and I mean all of them, are "Unknown"

Why?

Because, history has shown that no one really knows which one of them will go over the top next.
