    fib, re-listing three month away at set price 2c with over 680mil shares plus milestone options, why people in a hurry put heads in at 30% premium?

    few month ago when the company announced acquisition, sp dropped from 1.9 to 1.1 as if it's a duck, probably recently the company step up the marketing campaign including HC campaign??
