Yes, cash inflows of $10M per month - agreed.
Note that Accounts Payable at any financial period end (take any half-year or yearly report) is around $30M.
Note that Accounts Payable does not include salaries and wages (S&Ws) which are normally paid mid-month. Based on their FY14 annual report, monthly S&Ws expense averaged $3.6M in 2014.
Therefore you have: $60M + $10M - 3.6M - up to $30M in bills paid = $36.4M worse case scenario.
N.B. Amanda has stated that their average selling price has dropped 20% in the December quarter too.
