I assume from your analogy to Germany and its citizens that somehow we (Aussies) are equated to the germans (not all being bad people) and that we didn't do (or are not doing enough) much to stop our Government (your analogy equating it to the Nazis?)

What sort of example is that?

Maybe you meant something else, however as it appears, you are blaming us for not standing up to the govt (as if somehow by your twisted analogy we will slip down to the same depravity as Germans/Germany did.)

What exactly are we supposed to be doing re the govt?

What are we quietly complicit about?
