Why are they doing this now ? Is it other feel good thing to do ? Is this other "thing" to do just to give the illusion that something is going on .... Did SDL commit to do doing this ... a contract with other comany we dont know about ?

The FEED study is needed if this stock secures funding, so why no do it .. this creates the illusion something is happening and if something does happen they have the FEED study.
Slow death bleeding money ... or fast death .... no matter which way you look at it... it a death.
