No idea scoundrel, I was wondering about when they are going to launch for the country of Russia myself.
In the mean time, they have on their website the 50,000 founding members deal that was supposed to close by end of last year, it is still available for one of two reasons IMO:
1- They couldn't find enough users to sign despite the fact it is free.
2- They simply might have forgot to update their webpage.
In any case you might like to take the opportunity and become one of the founding members while it is still available, they are offering free stickers and a special logo etc .
