If Hepafat is offered free, will the clinicians then recommend the service to their patients since other
options will cost money ?

Consider this real life situation, my supplier sells 2 brands of a particular product,
they do exactly the same thing.
Brand A, do the job as it should, proven, establish, he makes $10 margin each.
Brand B, a new product, more expansive, have small performance issues, he make $20 margin each.

Guess which Brand he pushes in the shop ? Brand B.
If another manufacturer now offers him a third brand, Brand C , for free. therefore margin is Zero.

I know for sure he will not be selling Brand C, not even one. He will keep selling Brand A,
