Good point mick. It is difficult to trust management after some of the strange decisions that where made, such as hunting down share holders on Hot Copper and paying John Greeves 500k a year.
However I think that most of this came from John Greeves who failed this company in many ways, and probable more than we know, which is why he was booted out by the board. As it turns out, there has been and indication on this site that JG agresively objected to a take over approach from SLR.
If this takeover goes through all the board members will be given by axe except one who will be taken on by DRM which is a good thing.
JG is against this take over. Once MYG is taken over he will never be able to take control of myg again and get back his glory days of pulling in 500k. If you want to get back at JG then you should sell your shares to DRM.
PS one who is thinking of investing money in a company run by John Greeves I recommend thinking again.
