Is the CE setup for appraisal? What are the requirements for instance for flow testing? Isn't some capacity for collecting the oil and flaring needed? Maybe they will bring in the CE for any explration wells (Buried Hills/other) and another rig for appraisals ... could be simultaneous or not.
