iiNet is a customer that is using Norwood's CORONA platform - iiNet will pay Norwood based on a % of costs saved - not privvy to any more details of the contract.
MRY, with management being experienced mainly in mining, sought an independent experts report on the CORONA technology as part of its due diligence - they havent disclosed the name of the company conducting the assessment.
Yes at 3c, after the acquisition is all wrapped up and cash raised, Norwood will be trading at a $20 million market cap, with $4 million cash.
EV of $16 million... very slim for a tech company with global partnerships in place, a billion dollar customer, and a genuinely market leading platform.
Far more advanced than ZIP, with the same or greater revenue potential, and ZIP's market cap is $35 million...
So just to catch up with ZIP, MRY needs to get to 5c.
To catch up with CVT, MRY needs to get to 15c, which they will hit well before the end of 2015 imo.
Good luck to anyone trying to get stock in the placement!
