In addition to the macro factors you have mentioned PDN have a few things they are working on currently: Microfiltration unit due for commissioning soon - will reduce cash cost at LH and further deleveraging of balance sheet.
I think there is something afoot regarding the syndicated loan for LH. The amount set aside for it grew considerably over the last 2 financial QR's. I'm not sure what that means but wonder if they are planning on paying it back early. I am waiting to see what shows up in the next QR.
