You are conveniently ignoring the fact that fossilization requires specific conditions. Most of the organisms that evolved through punctuated equilibrium, niche environments after extinction events, etc, were not fossilized. Nevertheless there are many examples of transitional fossils available. I've given quotes and examples.
Of course your creation mob like to twist and ignore details in order to suit their own aims, but obviously cannot prove their 'thesis' by publishing a peer reviewed paper. Look at the world without the blinkers of faith, life is a self sustaining electrochemical process with blueprint, first RNA then DNA, that evolved over a considerable period of time, being billions of years before multi cell creatures emerged in the Cambrian Explosion. That is what the fossil record shows, and this does not paint a picture of special creation by a supernatural entity.
