Hmm how smart are you then? - The number of shares outstanding are about to multiply 6 fold and they will arrive at a maximum of 2c. So what are you doing buying or recommending anyone buy at 3c?
Right now the price is being moved by tiny volumes - as there are only few available shares that Noorwood don't own.
Soon the market will be flooded with multiples of the current share float at 2c (or free for the 350m shares Norwood are issuing themselves).
