It's being bought as the value seen on completion of the restructure & the value of Norwood as its own entity any buying now would simply be pricing Norwood @ $20M. The risk for buying here would be if the DD falls through & the backdoor doesn't proceed. The $0.02 price for the capital raising was for "illustrative" purposes only as stated higher prices & they will be raising at a higher price it just looks like investors see the greater value & are not banking on being able to get any large portion of the $3M regardless.
