Have you ever held a bio that was taken over before and did they pay a substantial premium to buy it?
Just curious how much a big pharma are willing to pay in terms of a premium to a companies MC.
Like if our MC was $300m, with 3-4 positive Phase 2 likely to get FDA approval and a big pharma decide to buy, do they usually offer 5 times MC or 2 times a years profit or half the weight of a goat in gold? Just curious if anyone knows how they would come up with an offer
