This reeks of mutiny gold management. On par with the John Greeves days if not worse. Awarding themselves 11,000,000 performance share because mutiny has been taken over by DRM.
The wording of the performance rights that was voted for at the last AGM was worded knowing that this take over was going to happen. What a scam.
DRM was going to take on one of the directors I hope they reneg on this fire the lot of them.
I presume that they can do this with 80% control
