I won't tell you that you're wrong MM, you've got every right to be annoyed. I'm sure management aren't cock-a-hoop either.
But I notice they say they were well aware of the problems at the time of acquisition, with inventory, costs and the rest. So they are guilty of painting too rosy a prospect for us when they knew it was going to be a hard road. They should maybe be in the medical profession.
To be fair though the past year has not been the ideal climate to turn these things around. I remain confident Rivers will turn out to be worth the money PROVIDED they correct the problems while keeping the brand reputation.
