DEXUS Property Group (ASX:DXS) has tied up the acquisition of Lakes Business Park in Botany for $153.5 million.The real estate investor announced the purchase at the end of 2014 which was forecast to provide superior rental growth in the medium term.The large scale business park and industrial estate is located south of Sydney’s central business district.DEXUS has described Lakes Business Park as a strategic investment in one of the company’s core industrial markets.DEXUS Property Group reported a net profit of almost $407 million in the 2014 financial year.
