There is a big lag here. I bought MYG shares on 18/12 and only received my offer letter from DRM on 15 January. All the stock acquired in MYG in the last month (presumably trying to exploit the small discount) has therefore probably not accepted yet. About 25 Million shares traded in that time or ~4% of shares outstanding (although there will be some flipping).
