I'd rather hear from AVQ as to why the appeal has been allowed. Surely the basis of the appeal can be disclosed, and then we would know if we should be scared or not.
I've sent an investor enquiry to AVQ but yet to receive a response however. Has anyone else enquired the same and heard back?

Clearly the appeal has merit if it's being heard.
Does anyone care to speculate why SMM may have been granted an appeal? My only thoughts from re-reading the judgement was that Judge Brown was too harsh in his judgement and there could have been seen to be some bias in a 1 judge ruling??
