I don't think there's any advantage - I am not doing this with my holding.
Why sell for 5-10% less than the rights offer price to raise funds to buy 61.5% of the heads back.
You end up with a much more severe dilution than if you did nothing.......other than getting the PENOD, which may be worth zilch for quite some time to come.
