The world doesn't need to end for zinc to collapse the economies just need to grind down into the deflationary contraction that most of the world economies are doing. China has more bad news and its economy is winding down, the EU is in recession and is a US major trading partner if not the biggest. and this will also affect the metals price.
Add it up JB the worlds economies are grinding down and so will the metals including IO, Coal, Copper etc etc.
Just my opinion of course and that is all.
