pem sniffing around? no hope surely! PEM make a bid?? They sold the project.(JAK had something to do with it but they sold out at 31.5c or there-a-bouts) It was how PEM got their start & a bank to go onto 'other things'.
The big volume of 3.5m odd was JAK unloading.
