Well only as little as 12 days until the month of the appeal. Now with the general consensus that commonsense will prevail and AVQ will be free to mine Isabel without anymore background noise. The three commonwealth judges will have the eyes of the world on them with case. To stamp out corruption, high on the list in SI and this biggest case in history, the spot lights are on us. Healthy state of mind would know that SMM do not have a chance in hell to use their deep pockets on this one. All these judges will also not want to go against one of their own respected Judges who they probably went to Uni with. With a judgment from Judge Brown that is water tight and from good sources has been looked at allegedly by other judges to test how tight. Apparently thet came back only to say it is bomb proof, you could not see SMM lasting the 5 or so days they get in the appeal. I also find it hard to believe that after having a number of years and then the longest case in history to find all the evidence SMM needed, they fail to find anything at all that could ever win them 1 point in the case. They were then ask to have a good hard look at the way they do buisness in SI from judge Brown after the corruption etc etc etc etc.
So with just these few points at hand I think you would find it hard to find any
Healthy minded person that would argue against the fact that SMM have no chance of winning the appeal.
I am yet to hear 1 person say, not even the believers of SMM, that they think SMM will win the appeal and why. Not one reason as to why they should win, not one. Now if AVQ were in that same postion I know I would not be investing.
- So ask yourself who is the safe bet here, AVQ
- that have all the landowners, all the locals on board in a place where this is key to any buisness.
- They have won the biggest court case in history of SI without losing 1 point
- they are already on Isabel drilling as we speak
- AVQ are squeaky clean in SI and have no dirt on them as far as the case goes
- Ryan is local and married to one and speaks the language
- Avq are going to mine this year start to bring money to the badly effect economy this year
- They have a partner onboard that has dealt with buisness in SI for years and are very respected in the are
- A company and SI game changer with over a 10% stake for the locals and a partnership
- Avq has built resorts and supports the local schools and is already employing many locals.
- Or SMM that have dragged the people of SI through the mud for years now by offering as little as 1% stake in the mining operations
- SMM have already been found guilty of bribery and corruption through out this case
- SMM have already been asked to change the way the so buisness in SI
- SMM lost every single point, every single point in the court case that they are trying to appeal, (this is laughable in its itself).
- SMM have all the locals wanted them to go home and the landowners are 100% they will never let them on Isabel. (DYOR and read the SI papers).
- SMM can't mine without the landowners consent that they will never have.
- SMM have had years to find evidence fir this case and have failed to do so, only to be made a mockery of by judge Brown and rightly so, (read the court transcripts).
- SMM are not planing on mining this, (if by mirical they could), for years to come and that would leave the landowners and locals with their 1% stake of nothing, up the creek at a time they are in desperate need.
- SMM have been in country for years and time to prove themselves to the people of SI and they have failed to do what Ryan has and that's gain the confidence and respect of the true landowners. ( landowners is key people). I know this from personal experience in a place call Sumbawa in Bali, were I tempted to build a resort and failed because I found the landowners so difficult to deal with, not knowing the language or knowing their true needs, which are not like yours and mine. A friend of mine moved their and lived in the village and has no issues and doing very well. So I know from experience landowners is key.
I could go on, but we get the picture. I have not heard 1 point in favour of SMM besides their deep pockets and I can tell you that with the amount of eyes on this case, in a place were respect is regarded closey to money, they have no chance in hell in going any further. Ryan has done something so genius by moving in with the locals.
Bring on Febuary and let's put this thing to bed.
We will also see the fat cats pushing the price up towards the appeal to exercise their options at the end of February so we should have a healthy SP even before the brakes are off. Good luck to all and can't wait to celebrate with a few of you once we have this appeal and SMM behind us for good!
