You are most probably right in your statement about Mayoko.
The same would apply to Badondo in The Congo Republic.
Cameroon and The Congo Republic demand so many $millions of dollars be spent yearly or they can lose the Tenements. Further into the Projects I believe the heavier the spending demands become, could be looking at $10 million per year at each tenement. Even between them, $10 million per year and there goes your $40 million in cash.
