Not sure - may not be with Patts agree. The bit that worries me even though I like the story is that current prices are setting up a VWAP and the placement will be done at a discount to market so its a bit of a lose lose in a sense that no matter what the price is - the placement will be cheaper. So my strategy is to wait for the CR - given that it will have a major dilutory effect given the $ they need compared to cap value, and then buy it. Money to be made but I am thinking that buying now is just paying 20% more than we need to.
