    Hi all,

    Disappointing delay....I'm in too deep now and for too long to not wait out........another......month.....

    What I question is the two recent 500K after hours transactions - seems to me like someone had some inside information? I find it difficult to believe it is a conincidence.

    I am not a conspiracy theorist, whoever sold the parcels would be happy, the contrary for the buyer- at least in the short term.
