good ol' ASIC. late to the party and now protecting current and future holders. Ha ha as if IMO. Well it was supposed to be doing that all the time - that is it's job along with the ASX and auditors along with the board overseeing company management and protecting shareholders interests . So what action are they taking against the parties involved last year and the year before?? Sweet stuff all is the usual form. Anyone smell a class action and actually get anything from insurers or just watch money bleed away?
