I think you will miss the bounce waiting for sub $32. Whilst $26 is entirely still possible $32.40 was there to be had so I took it. If it falls to $30 or $27 I'd buy more. $32 is also the bottom of a 8 year trading range from where WPL has bounced a lot and often.
