The float was heavily oversubscribed, BUT it got delayed remember
Look at YPB and CVT - heavily oversubscribed, got delayed and sold down to 16c on open by a few stale holders
This is a niche market though and first to ASX so it may well hammer through 30c on market exuberance, but don't be surprised if not. If it drops below issue price I'll be buying
