You're not seriously comparing a couple of guys with almost no track record for business but pay themselves (and related companies) very handsomely via share holders money to these men are you?
Have a look at the financials of AussieSIM and see if it's really worth what is was paid and also the money going out to the directors and related entities.

The more I look into this company the less likely I am to invest - Is this AppPharm Limited even a real company in Malaysia? I can only find a single youtube video which has an Australian accent for the voice-over... Interesting..
The financials aren't the prettiest, the quarterly will be a good read.
