Acquisition must be on;
If it was off, no need to halt, just announce it (also we were at 88cents pre announcement on acquisition which started the slide – so this should be positive?!)
They have no profit guidance so can’t be a downgrade
Wont be anything regulatory, that would come out via the Vietnamese govt
Maybe they are going to CR and that got out today
