Yes, they can't be traded until ASX listing rules which will be in about 3 months. Presentation is very exciting. It fills the gap of all the other technologies.
They have delivered on their announcement since the acquisition, I would expect them to get the ball rolling fast over the next couple of months. If they can prove up their revenue with their basic product once the mobile wallet is complete...who knows where it can go.
